Due to a lack of interest this website it is no longer being updated!

The annoying increase of Tripod pop-ups played a part and also forced us to change our preference of ad type from pop-up to "customizable ad". Ads are now displayed at the top of each of our pages. It's not pretty but it's certainly less annoying.
